Bill Wanner becomes the new Customer Service Manager for the leading manufacturer of core shafts, chucks, air brakes and slitting products
As a Customer Service Manager, Bill will oversee the structure, methods and processes for the department. His first order of business is to develop and initiate both short and long-term plans to continue to grow the exceptional customer service reputation Tidland has earned over the past 52 years.
Bill has over 10 years experience managing departments and teams in the industrial manufacturing industry. He has also led field sales and customer service personnel in different countries and off-site locations. Bill is focused on overall team success and strives to empower individuals to hone their skills and achieve their goals to provide the best service environment to the customer.
