Tidland's Force5 Air Chuck is the lightest weight air chuck available on the market. It was designed with outstanding gripping force to improve gripping during E-stop and high-torque applications.
The Force5 has a specially engineered elastomer expanding element that not only provides high durability in extreme conditions, but retains its shape over time for easier insertion and removal.
Paired with Tidland's Ultrashafttm composite air shafts or mandrels, operators can safely change rolls from 3î ID cores up to 6î ID cores. The Force5 has a maximum roll weight of 3,000 lbs per chuck and 6,000 lbs per roll. It has incredible torque values of up to 7,295 inch-lb per chuck at 90 psi.
