Camas, WA—Tidland Corporation will demonstrate a complete line of Equalizer differential shafts at CMM 2007. New to the product line for this show is a core-lock style differential shaft to suit 6” ID cores.
This new product rounds out a complete line of core-lock and core-slip differential shafts from Tidland, designed to increase profitability when rewinding multiple rolls of material that may be subject to caliper variation.

The Equalizer - Model D4 Differential shaft represents the latest technology for converting dust-free rolls with superior structure. Precise control of tension allows converters to run ultra-thin films common in today’s converting environment. A unique, two-row, 12-ball, torque activated core-lock design insures equalized tension across any combination of roll widths.
