Oklahoma City , OK – Maxcess International has appointed Ken Hopcus to the position of Web Handling Applications Engineering Manager. Ken will lead the Maxcess Web Handling Group, bringing together technology from Fife, MAGPOWR and Tidland. The Web Handling Group was formed to provide applications engineering and sales assistance for multi-product systems.

Ken joined Fife Corporation in 1979 as a Systems Engineer and has held several key positions throughout his career with the company, including Group Leader of Mechanical Design and Manager of Systems Engineering. In addition to his service at Fife, he spent 12 years in the aircraft industry as a Test Engineer and a Systems Design Engineer. Ken has a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Oklahoma State University. He also represents Maxcess as an Industrial Advisory Board Member to the Web Handling Research Center at Oklahoma State University.
