Differential Shafts

Differential shafts hold rolls straight and true, reduce roll loping and offer greater resistance to lateral roll forces. Air-locking core stop rings (D1) ensure the best performance available for manual loading operations.

• Spacerless design (D2 & D3)
• Reduce set-up time with no tools, spacers or core stops (D2 & D3)
• Increases productivity with limited change-out time requirements
• Multiple roll tension equalization for duplex winders -up to 1000 lbs. roll weight and from 1/4 pli. to 3 pli tension range
